One of our gay friends tries and tries to run away from his family. What are the reasons?
- Parents say bad words and sometimes violate him. Parents abuse his human right, article 3: “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person”.
- His parents try to force him to marry a girl. He has boyfriend and they love each other a lots. Parents violate his right in article 16.2: “Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses”.
What he can do? Come to police or commune leaders to tell them for help? Yeah, good idea! Then if the police don’t help him, but they force him to stop loving another man…what will happen?
In article 7: “All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation….”
More over, Sith Monus says: “Being LGBT have to be protected by human rights. Because LGBT is human being”.
